Terms and Conditions
Unfortunately we do not allow pets or children.
Strictly no smoking - anyone not adhering to this will be asked to leave.
Only one car per booking (space reserved)
There is a £100.00 non refundable deposit required.
There is a £100.00 damage/cleaning deposit required, refunded 7 days after the end of your holiday.
Balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before the start of the holiday.
Any bookings made within 4 weeks will require the balance to be paid in full.
If you are planning to pay by cheque, please make it payable to: M Booth.
Cancellations - In the event of a cancellation, we will endeavour to re-book the apartment. If the re-booking is successful the full amount (minus the deposit) will be refunded.
Disclaimer - If due to circumstances beyond our control, the apartment is unavailable because of fire, flooding etc, a full refund will be made, but Chy an Gerra will not accept any liability from the hirer.
We expect the tenants to leave the apartment in the condition it was found upon receipt. If this is not the case the £100.00 damage/cleaning deposit (or a percentage of) will be retained to cover any extra cleaning, repair or replacement.
Occupancy - Strictly for 2 people only as named on the booking form.
Under no circumstances may more than the 2 named persons be allowed occupancy in the apartment.
The apartment will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure (this includes the car parking space).
The apartment is available to book from Saturday to Saturday.
Bed Linen is provided but guests must provide their own towels.
All tenants agree:
To pay for all damage and breakages.
Not to cause any noise or nuisance.
To allow owners access to the apartment at any time.
