| The guest house and all the bedrooms have been totally re-decorated with all new furniture and fittings, most have new beds and carpets.
Room Two – A ground floor double room, furnished with a light wood bedroom suite and a king size bed, we fully refurbished this room in May 2004 with Laura Ashley wallpaper and curtains. This is an attractive bright room with excellent views over St Ives Bay, and features a fully tiled en suite complete with an electric shower.
Room Three – First floor twin/double room with a side view. This is a very comfortable room with a dark wood bedroom suite, the room was completely refurbished in 2003, again with Laura Ashley wallpaper and curtains. As the i-pix shows, the en suite is fully tiled and features a Mira XL power shower.
Room Four – A large first floor double room with a superb sea view from the bay window, we refurbished the room in February 2004 with the usual Laura Ashley wallpaper and curtains and a new twist pile carpet. The i-pix shows the distinctive pine bedstead with matching bedroom furniture and vanity unit. Room 4 is not en suite but has private facilities directly next door (also with a stunning sea view from the bathroom window!!). This is a large traditional bedroom with a beautiful architrave ceiling and offers probably the best sea views in St Ives!
Room Five – A second floor double room with a side view, not a small room but very cosy. We refurbished this room in 2002 and again features Laura Ashley wallpaper and curtains with pine bedroom furniture. This room has a large built in double wardrobe with panelled doors and again the en suite is fully tiled with an electric shower.
Room Six – A second floor double room and we think the i-pix says it all! Great views across St Ives Bay, and on a clear day you can see the North Cornish coastline and Trevose Head off Padstow. This room was refurbished in 2003 and is our most popular room with our regulars who book twelve months in advance for their summer holidays. The attractive Relyon iron bedstead is the main feature with matching bed linen and bedspread. The bedroom furniture is in pine and with the cream carpet makes a bright spacious room. The en suite is fully tiled and features a Grohe power shower system.
