|  Our apartment has now been completed and we are ready to accept bookings.
We are very pleased with the result, the well decorated rooms and high quality furnishings are everything our regular Chy an Gerra visitors have come to expect.
The hard work and expense finishing the apartment has paid off, from the mediterranean tiles in the kitchen area to the latest style television set and DVD player. We have also provided a radio/CD player for those of you who want to turn the TV off.
The images and 'Ipix' you see here show the large comfortable lounge and the well equipped kitchen containing an electric cooker, microwave oven and refridgerator. The kitchen is also supplied with M&S cutlery and crockery and all the neccessary pots and pans, in case you decide that none of St Ives' many cafes, bistros and restaurants can tempt you.
 The bathroom is clean and bright with fully tiled walls and floor and includes a fully fitted electric shower, wash basin and W.C. Shower gel and soap are also provided.
The apartment has been designed for 2 people to share and has its own small patio area to take the afternoon sun and the apartment also has its own allocated parking space.
A welcome pack of essentials is provided for guests upon arrival. Bed linen is also provided free of charge but guests are asked to supply their own towels, electricity is inclusive.
